Anastas is a lawyer since 2013 and in 2020 he obtained a PhD in the field of civil procedure. Anastas practiced as a legal consultant and a lawyer in a Sofia-based law firm and since 2017 he is a partner at “Punev and Stoimenov” law firm. He has authored numerous publications on legal topics.
His interests are in the field of legal representation, property and commercial law.

Dimitar Stoimenov
Education: Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Master in Law (2003)

Dimitar is a lawyer and a part-time lecturer in contract law at the Faculty of Law of the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, author of numerous publications in English and German that promote the Bulgarian law abroad. He is a member of the Presidium of the Permanent Court of Arbitration at GBITC. He has many years of experience as a consultant, lawyer and manager, gained in international law firms and public institutions in Bulgaria and Germany.
His interests are in the field of corporate law, acquisition of enterprises and environment.

Donka Stoycheva
Education: Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Master in Law (2015)
University of Vienna, LLM (2018), Sofia University“St. Kliment Ohridski”, PhD candidate in private international law (since 2019).
Donka is a lawyer since 2018. Her interests include environmental and private international law. She is also experienced in dealing with different regulatory regimes: manufacture of cosmetics, wholesale and unfair competition.

Evgeni Ivanov
Education: Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Bachelor in International Relations (2012), Master in Law (2015), Master in Translation (French philology) (2019)

Evgeni is a lawyer since 2017. In 2018, he won the competition organized by the Supreme Bar Council and participated in the International internship for young lawyers, organized by Paris Bar Association.
His interests include corporate law, law of obligations and commercial law as well as agriculture law and regulatory regimes in the field of fishing and hunting.

Nikolay Malinchev
Education: Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Master in Law (2012)

Nikolay is a lawyer since 2014. He has gained valuable experience in dispute resolution in the field of commercial, insurance and property law, as well as administrative disputes in the sphere of spatial planning. Nikolay is also skilled in the field of real estate restitution, insolvency and the legal regulation of collective representation bodies both of employees and employers. He has a considerable experience in the administrative justice.
